An additional 3 GW of #wind and #solar have been installed from January to October 2019 according to REE data. Antuko expects this value to exceed 5 GW at the end of the year.
The #renewable sector awakens in Spain much as a result of the auctions organized in 2016-2017, and the collapse of wind and solar #LCOEs. The competitiveness of these technologies against thermal is evident; and so is the commitment to decarbonize the economy. The penetration and growth of renewables seems inevitable.
In line with the National Integrated Energy and Climate Plan, the installation of new plants is expected to continue in coming months and years, exceeding 10 GW of #SolarPV by the end of 2020!
El BOOM renovable vuelve a ser una realidad en España: se han instalado 3 GW (de enero a octubre según datos de REE) y se espera que esta cifra supere los 5 GW a final de año, según el Plan de Obras elaborado por Antuko.
El sector renovable despierta en España y con fuerza gracias a las subastas organizadas en 2016-2017 y al desplome de los LCOEs solares y eólicos. La competitividad de estas tecnologías frente a las térmicas es evidente y la apuesta por descarbonizar la economía también por lo que su penetración y crecimiento es inevitable. En los próximos meses y años se espera que continúe la instalación de nuevas plantas, superando los 10 GW de solar FV a finales de 2020, todo ello con el objetivo de cumplir con el Plan Nacional Integrado de Energía y Clima.
